If I would ask you: do you love Jesus? you will most likely take offence and react in a very aggressive and nasty way. However, this is a very important and legitimate question and boils down to the core of your relationship with our Lord.
There are so many people proclaiming that they love Jesus. Do you really know what you are saying once you make that statement? You cannot say that you love Jesus without doing/living the Bible and by implication obey each and every commandment as contained in His infallible Word. If you say that you love Jesus, it brings an immense responsibility forth. The question remains: are you acceptable for/to that challenge? /p>
To love Jesus is a commandment. The problem nowadays is that we are living in the fast lane and we don’t have really time for many things – especially for our Lord and Saviour. It therefore remains a personal choice to serve and to love Him on His terms, or to reject Him.
