We all are born in the flesh – ONCE. However, the day we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour, we become spiritually born…but of God. In that day we receive the right and the power to be called His child but something needs to happen. We have to open the door of our heart and accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour.
Needless to say that to come to that stage, it will ask some kind of action from each and every one of us. I cannot ask my husband, wife, children or even my pastor to make that most important decision on my behalf. No, it remains a personal choice. The moment you make the most important decision of your life to open that door of your heart – in that moment you will receive Him and in fact become born out of God – spiritually. As we have become born out of the physical bodies of our parents, so we become born out of God in the spirit in that moment.
But something else needs to happen. We have to be BORN AGAIN in the Spirit. Why is that important for each and every saved child of God to be born again? Only when someone is born again, he/she will behave and act with authority. In other words, the Holy Spirit is then poured out unto someone and hence fulfilled with the Holy Spirit.
